BACKGROUND
With air travel expected to increase tremendously in the coming years, there is an urgent need for industry players to ease bottlenecks and speed up processes. Quintiq provides a single planning solution that drives agile decision-making across the board, thus enabling companies to optimize their services, and meet business goals of higher efficiency and profitability.
THE CHALLENGE
To promote Quintiq's next-generation supply chain planning and optimisation (SCP&O) solution to international aviation industry players including airports, airlines, air traffic controllers and ground service providers.
WHAT WE DID
To fulfill the brief we produced a special report examining the state-of-the-art in airport planning and optimisation technology.
The report included a series of articles looking at issues such as the rise in air traffic passenger volume, how to provide the best passenger experience, and how SCP&O technology is evolving. The report also contained case studies including one, which examined how Germany's largest international airport, Frankfurt, is tackling the ongoing hazard of winter weather.
THE OUTCOME
To date this report has achieved over 10,000 impressions and, with various follow up activities still in the pipeline, this number can only increase.
